Hot weather, High Water and Invasive Plant Control

Looking forward to this weekend of Invasive Plant Control. Last week brought hot weather, which encouraged the shrubs to bloom and also melted a lot of snow higher up, this resulted in high water levels. So if you’re coming out this Saturday be careful around the water. We meet at 9am at the information kiosk on the north side of DeBoville Slough. Although we supply tools if you have a favourite pair of pruners or lopers please feel free to bring. We will go rain or shine on. Hope to see many of you there.
